Starting at 5 gives you the all important Aquaboy/Girl. Enemies don't show in compass and you only really need Rifleman which you'll get Bobblehead access to when rescuing Preston Garvey.Į5 - on the other hand, Endurance is actually huge in Survival and you want to max it eventually for maximum HP. P1 - in Survival Perception is bad unless you plan on using VATS a lot. After the Bobblehead, you have access to Strong Back. S5 - Access to Armorer and Blacksmith if so desired (highly recommend Armorer to Ballistic Weave your Minutemen outfits).
You will be using companions all the time so S is really not that big of a deal (and you can eventually raise it if you really like melee) If you're going to use Revolutionary Swords or Chinese Officer Swords, or Machetes (highly recommend this one), then you're only using them when out of ammo or enemies getting too close. That said, you can also look for things that just clip less but still look pretty cool. That’s why almost all of the clothing/armor mods on Nexus are outfits instead of bits of clothing that can be combined. And then just because the clothes didn’t clip through that armor doesn’t mean it wouldn’t clip through other armor. If you really want it gone, you’d need to alter either the armor or clothes in Outfit Studio (I believe) so that they don’t clip – either making the armor further from the body or make the clothing lay more flat. The clothes clipping through the armor isn’t really something that can be fixed in bulk. But that just results in armor clipping into the clothing 95% of the time. Is there any mod that specifically adds clothing for under armor that DOESN’T CLIP and/or fixes clipping between armor and clothing?Īnd yes, I’m aware of the “more armor slots” mod that allows you to wear armor over traditionally “armored” clothing.
Sure, you can use the army fatigues or the minutemen outfit, but those are so boring. I have armorsmith installed, I have elies armor compendium installed, but there just isn’t any “good” under armor clothing.
